E-Commerce Specialist

[Full-Time]

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate embraces challenges and maintains a commitment to continuous improvement. A background or interest in sales and a natural ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships are essential. This role requires someone agile, goal-oriented, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in crafting strategies aimed at enhancing overall sales performance
  • Handle daily coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Execute seller center enrollments and ensure accurate implementation of all initiatives
  • Ensure seamless daily communication with external partners
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks for respective e-commerce platforms
  • Aid in maintaining good working relationships with all partners
  • Create daily, monthly, and ad hoc comprehensive reports to provide a clearer understanding of sales trends

REQUIREMENTS

  • Articulate communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Results-driven and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Numerically inclined and tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using Google Workspace applications
  • Comfortable working with numbers and drawing insights from data
  • Sales experience is a plus, familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an added advantage
  • Willing to work extended hours and possibly on weekends during peak campaign periods
  • Open to fresh graduates
